(Hudson, Wyo.) – Bobbi Jo Sparks, 54, of Hudson, was arrested after she allegedly let herself into a closed bar and had a few drinks on the house.
Fremont County Undersheriff Ryan Lee said in a news release that Sparks called law enforcement asking for help in securing the Union Bar. Sparks was located near the bar when deputies arrived, and Lee reports that she was intoxicated.
“Sparks had some how made entry into the closed establishment and helped herself to a few drinks behind the bar,” Lee said. “The bar owner arrived and found Sparks inside his establishment and asked her to leave. Sparks then called Law Enforcement to verify she was only trying to secure the building. Sparks also told the Deputy she was ‘opening the bar.’ Sparks does not work at the bar; the owner did not wish to pursue charges.”
Sparks was arrested for public intoxication.
