(Riverton, Wyo.) – The new leadership team of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Wind River Post #3628, was installed at Veteran’s Hall Monday evening.

After the Pledge of Allegiance and an opening prayer, Commander Gary Letchworth called all new and reelected officers to the front of the room for their official installation. With the new post commander holding on to the flag, and with the other officers putting their right hand on the shoulder of the man in front of them, the installation was held with the oath of office administered.

The new leadership team is comprised of:

Commander: Levi Burton (in purple shirt)

Sr. Vice Commander: William Moore

Jr. Vice Commander: Renford Smith, Jr.

Quartermaster: Melvin Rosenberg

1st Year Trustee: Gary Letchworth

2nd Year Trustee: Jim Arndt

3rd Year Trustee: Chuck Arndt

Chaplain: Bill Gorwegen

Adjutant: Renford Smith, Jr.

The newly installed officers assumed their new positions immediately.
