(Douglas, Wyo.) – A Dubois athlete has been named the Class 1A Boys Beynon Track and Field Athlete of the Year, according to Heath Hays, the Region 7 Director of the NHSACA. The award honoring Sterling Baker was announced by the Wyoming Coaches Association today. Beynon Track & Field surfaces is the manufacturer of running tracks for high school and college venues.

3a – Ann Wingeleth, Lyman
4a – Jerayah Davis, Kelly Walsh

Boys
1a – Sterling Baker, Dubois
2a – Jace Marx, Big Piney
3a – Garrett Lynch, Powell
4a – Ricky Faure, Rock Springs

In this year’s Wyoming State High School Track Meet, Baker was the 1A Boys 110 Meter Hurdles champion and the state runner-up in the 300 Meter Hurdles.
