Rawlins contractor is apparent low bidder on Riverton Justice Center
(Lander, Wyo.) – A Rawlins construction company is the apparent low bidder for the Riverton Justice Center after bids were opened on the project this afternoon in Lander. The L.M. Olson Company’s bid was $4.706 million.
Fremont County Commissioner Travis Becker said seven firms, all from Wyoming, submitted bids for the project. “We’ve taken the bids under advisement and now the architects will go through them to make sure everything is in order and then in a couple of weeks they’ll come back to us with a recommendation,” he said.

Fletten Construction, Cody, $4,838 million
KWN Construction Sheridan, $4.978 million
G.H. Phillips DBA Delta, Sheridan, $5.201 million
MidValley General Contractors, Riverton, $5.295 million
Wright Brothers, Sheridan, $5.382 million
A Pleasant Construction, Green River, $5.476 million
The Justice Center is planned to be built on a parcel of land at Major Avenue at Gasser Road in northwest Riverton.
