Wyoming coding team in Denver this weekend competing in the Google GovDev Challenge

(Denver, Colo.) – This weekend Wyoming has a team of programmers in Denver to participate in the first ever Gov Dev Challenge. The event is a partnership between the states of Wyoming and Colorado with Google.

Programming teams will have 24 hours to develop programs using Google implements to solve problems the states are facing. The first place team will receive $5,000.

Wyoming’s team includes County10’s own developer Lee Pepper. Challenges are being presented this morning and coding begins this afternoon. The winning teams will be announced after final presentations on Sunday afternoon.
