Riverton residents charged in last month’s Casper meth bust bound over to District Court

(Casper, Wyo.) – Thirteen of 15 arrested in last month’s methampetamine distribution bust have been bound over to District Court in Casper following preliminary hearings. Those moving on in the court system include Joe Montoya and Sandra Manzanares from Riverton.

Others that have been bound over from Circuit Court are: James L. Brown, Chad D. Erickson, John L. Faulkner, Kaleb T. Gallegos, Amanda L. Gill, Beverly K. Hick, Joesph S. McNaughton, Vanessa L. Miller, Preston P. Montoya, Bradley E. Shepherd and Elizabeth M. Stultz.

Teresa M. Porter and Sunny L. Sisneros have had their preliminary hearings continued for a later date. Sisneros has been set for June 10 at 10 a.m.

The next step for those bound over in the case will be arraignment, where they will enter a plea to the charges.

    They will probably be set free after found guilty then become contestants on "dancing with the stars". This is the "new roman empire' – executive orders for the lawless.
