Names of Gillette crash victims and bus driver from Wednesday’s wreck released today

(Gillette, Wyo.) – The names of the three men killed in a crash on WY 59 south of Gillette on Wednesday, May 14th, have been released by the Wyoming Highway Patrol. The are: Colin B Schultz, age 37 of Gillette; Charles E. Errington,  age 55 of Gillette; and Christopher C. Joubert, age 40 also of Gillette. The three were all killed when a bus driven by 52 year old Rhoda Steel collided with their vehicles as they were stopped on WY 59 waiting for a pilot vehicle to escort them through a construction zone.  Multiple other vehicles and people were involved in the 8 car collision but no other life threatening injuries are being reported.

Troopers continue to investigate the factors leading up to the incident and are working with the district attorney in Campbell County to determine if and what charges may be filed.
