“7,000 feet and climbing”—Join us in the high country for the 5th Annual High Country Challenge in Dubois.

(Dubois, Wyo.) – Don’t miss the High Country Challenge 5K, 10K, 15K and 1K Fun Run on June 28th in Dubois.

Race includes 5K and 10K trail run starting at 9 am, 15K mountain run starting at 7:30 am, and a 1K Kid’s Fun Walk/Run at 10:15 am. Event starts and finishes at the Dubois Town Park, and racer registration & check-in begins at 6:45 am. The races showcase spectacular views of the Dubois Badlands, Absaroka Range, and Wind River Mountains.

Cash prize of $50 to each 1st place overall male and female finisher in 15k. Cash prize for first youth (17 and under) to finish 5k ($50), 10k ($50), and 15k ($100). Prizes for 1st place overall male & female in 5k and 10k, & ribbons for top 3 overall in each age group. Youth raffle items, including bikes and skateboard, and a prize for the racer who travels the furthest.
