(Dubois, Wyo.) – Our new bird-feeders are really working! We had volunteers install them along the riverbanks and our winged neighbors arrived and are very enthusiastic. The Lodge is a perfect location for Wyoming Wildlife Watching. We have watched elk, deer, sheep & antelope all winter from the comfort of the living room.
Easter also brought opportunities for watching critters too. The Easter bunny hopped over and there was a flock of first graders doing the Hokie Pokie! Notice the Snowy owl checking out the Easter Bunny.
The River Walk along the Wind is adjacent to the Lodge and residents have enjoyed getting outside. We also see Mallards, Canada geese and Whooping cranes regularly enjoying the river corridor.
There are flocks of friends that join us for our Friday Happy Hour Social and more new snow birds keep arriving!
