(Billings, Mont.) – All eyes were on the students of Rummel Dance Studio when they won the first place trophy and second and third place rosettes in each of their dance categories at the Billings Competition of “I LOVE DANCE” held at the Crowne Plaza Billings on April 26 and 27.

Participating numbers and dancers from Rummel Dance Studio were the following:

GOOD SHIP LOLLIPOP : placed 1st in the Song and Dance category and Placed Second overall high score in 3-5 age group was Maddie Beason, Lynessa Friday, Arya Gromley and Page Wood

MAGIC: jazz danced by Cami Russell placed 1st

IT’S PARTY TIME: variety arts number danced by Hayley Reed and Cami Russell placed 1st

BIBBIDI-BOBBIDI-BOO: variety arts number danced by Kyli Cole and Zyah Carlson placed 2nd

GIMME THAT: Dub step danced by Xan Hill placed 1st

RADIOACTIVE: jazz danced by Jenna Whiteplume placed 2nd

LARGER THAN LIFE: jazz group place 3rd danced by the following: Nolan Babits, Shayla Babits, Kylie Cole, Hayley Reed, Rheanna Burt, Cami Russell, Zyah Carlson

STILL INTO YOU: jazz solo danced by Alona Wilkerson placed 3rd

LUCKY: song and dance number danced by Jenna Whiteplume place 1st

WART HOG RHAPSODY: song and dance number danced by Madeline Logan and Scott Logan placed 2nd

SAFE AND SOUND: variety arts solo danced by Reheanna Burt placed 1st

PARTING GLASS: Modern duo danced by Jenna Whiteplume and Zoe Hill placed 3rd

THOUSAND YEARS: Lyrical group placed 2nd danced by the following: Stephanie Dickerson, Hannah Urbanski, Jenna Whiteplume, Alona Wilkerson, and Zoe Hill

NIGHTEN GALE: SPECAIL STUDENT CHOREOGRPAHY CATEGORY AGE 12-14 RECEIVED 2ND PLACE TROPHY DANCED BY Jenna Whiteplume, Alona Wilkerson, and Zoe Hill.

In the special category of Forty Plus, VikkiLyn Frank danced to The ’A’ TEAM placed 1st.

The International Director of “I LOVE DANCE”, Kim McKimmie was very enthusiastic in her praise of these young dancers and the talent they displayed. She said “The hard work and hours of rehearsal are obvious! I’m sure the parents and the local communities are very proud of these extraordinary Dancers’ accomplishments at I LOVE DANCE. I applaud the Dance Teachers also, and feel confident that their efforts will result in further excellence in their future performances.”
