Charter has messed up the alert. It comes up without sound or any other data.

We saw the storm across the lake as we headed for the Wind River Canyon toward Thermopolis. The rainfall was obviously intense in that area and adjacent to it was a giant micro burst that was also dark with rain. At first I thought it was a forming tornado but realized it was going from the ground up and not down from the clouds.
