(Riverton, Wyo.) – Amedisys Hospice of Riverton is presenting a special six-week educational seminar and support group for those wishing to understand and move past the pain experienced through the loss of a loved one.
“Pathways Through Grief” will be held on six consecutive Thursday evenings starting on Feb. 20 from 5:30-7 p.m. The final date is March 27.
Volunteer Coordinator Maria Sage and retired Medical Social Worker and Amedisys Hospice Volunteer Mary Sue Rector will facilitate these group meetings. While attending, you can expect a safe supportive environment where you can learn about what is common to most people who have lost a loved one and an opportunity to talk about your own grief while learning from others who have had a similar experience.
“Pathways Through Grief” is free, but there is limited space available, so please RSVP to Maria Sage at 307-856-6552 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
