(Lander, Wyo.) – The Lander City Council tonight will vote on the third and final reading amending the ordinances related to the water and sewer system.
The council has passed two other readings of the changes, which set the minimum charges for connections that are inactive for some time and clarifies the process of tenants taking over bills from their landlords.
The council will also hold its first reading to repeal the ordinance that allows for snowmobiles to be ridden in town.
Among other items on tonight’s agenda are a list of Optional 1 Percent Committee project list recommendations and supporting the Housing Authority in applying for a grant for a feasibility study for an Assisted Living Facility.
