(Lander, Wyo.) – The case against methamphetamine distribution suspect Anthony Hernandez has been dismissed by Ninth District Court Judge Marvin Tyler.

The case was dropped Wednesday afternoon after a hearing about the case. In Hernandez’s file there was no motion to dismiss as of Thursday morning, only Tyler’s order to dismiss the case. The transcript of what transpired in court was not yet available, and Fremont County and Prosecuting Attorney Michael Bennett did not immediately return requests for comment about the case.

Hernandez was charged last year with Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine and Eluding police during the dismantling of distribution ring in Fremont County.
