(Lander, Wyo.) – The Fremont County Board of Cooperative Education Services yesterday recognized Lander Valley High School Junior Morgan Slinkard as the Outstanding Student for the fall semester.

Slinkard was recognized as a caring and supportive student who was always well prepared for the Health Occupation course. She was said to always be asking difficult questions and has having tremendous courage and potential.

Slinkard was recognized by BOCES’s RaJean Strube Fossen and instructor Mary Rayman in front the Fremont County School District 1 Board of Education. Slinkard was chosen as the semester’s Outstanding Student over 55 total BOCES students.
