Over 500 people took part last year in Wyoming

(Lander, Wyo.) – A meeting of the Wyoming Trails Advisory Council will be held, January 24, at 10 a.m. at the Holiday Inn in Lander.

Agenda items include the 2014 allocation and approval of Recreational Trails Program grants and Maintenance Construction and Planning grants.  A discussion of the RTP Diversified Allocation and an update on the Trails Program is also scheduled.

The Wyoming State Trails Advisory Council is a ten-member recreational trail advisory committee appointed by the Governor to advise the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources regarding trail polices, functions and priorities.
