(Washington, D.C.) – Wyoming’s Congressional Delegation has chimed in on an EPA ruling granting “state” status to the Wind River Indian Reservation on Air Quality Control matters. The EPA ruling also altered the current boundaries of the reservation to include Riverton, Kinnear and Pavillion, and those areas north of the Wind River that were ceded by Congressional action in 1905.
