(Lander, Wyo.) – Among tackling fundings issues on several projects, the Lander City Council will interview candidates to serve on the optional 1 percent project committee.
The interviews, which are scheduled to take place after the regular council meeting, come after there was some debate over the make-up of the committee. The committee’s role will be to prioritize projects for the city to complete using optional 1 percent sales tax funds. Read more about the debate here.
Other items on the council’s agenda are loan pre-applications for wastewater lagoon upgrades and the inflow/infiltration reduction project. The council is also expected to approve pay requests related to the Airport Taxilane Expansion project.
Tuesday evening’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. at Lander City Hall. See the complete agenda below.
