(Riverton, Wyo.) – Two days before Central Wyoming College dedicates its newly complete Health and Science Center, the Board of Trustees will meet for its regularly schedule meeting.
On Wednesday evening, the Board will meet to discuss items related to housing at the Sinks Canyon Center and other items.
The Board is expected to hire SDI as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Sinks Canyon Bunkhouse/Orchard House project with a guaranteed maximum price of $900,000. The board will also act on a land exchange with at the Sinks Canyon Center with Dave Raynolds. CWC would receive 1.04 acres in exchange for .78 acres.
The board meeting will be held at the Intertribal Education and Community Center starting at 6:30 p.m.
Aside from regular reports, the Board will address property and liability insurance, construction updates and calendar changes.
