(Lander, Wyo.) – On Sept. 3, the Fremont County Commission will continue discussions the Museum Board on the re-organization of the county’s museums’ administration.
Throughout the summer, the board has worked on finding a way to combine management so the museum system has one overall director and separate site curators. Read more about the re-organization here. The discussion is scheduled to take place at 11:30 a.m.
The regular commission meeting will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday in the commission’s chambers at the Fremont County Courthouse in Lander.
In the afternoon, the commission will tour a home the county owns on Major Avenue in Riverton. The purpose of the tour is to aid the decision of whether it would be an appropriate location for the juvenile Day Reporting Center.
