Rural addressing rule changes, health insurance increase and more on tomorrow’s County Commission agenda

(Lander, Wyo.) – The Fremont County Commission has a rather short agenda planned for its March 19 regular meeting.

The meeting will start at 9 a.m. in the commission chambers at the Fremont County Courthouse in Lander. The commission will begin by addressing regular bills and communications.

At 9:15 a.m. Transportation Superintendent Dave Pendleton will give the commission a report for the road department. At 10 a.m., the commission will consider transferring the Split Rock Bar & Cafe’s liquor license to the establishment’s new ownership.

County Planner Ray Price at 10:30 a.m. is scheduled to discuss proposed rural addressing rule changes and request from the Town of Hudson.

At 11 a.m., the commission will continue an on-going discussion regarding health insurance increases.

The commission is expected also continue looking into its indigent burial policy.

The agenda is subject to change.
