New Family Dollar Store opened in Dubois – official grand opening on Saturday

(Dubois, Wyo.) – There’s something new in the Upper Country. A Family Dollar Store opened in Dubois Thursday with a large turnout of shoppers visiting the store throughout the day and evening. Located just west of the post office on West Ramshorn Street, the store offers a large array of household, food, pet, health care, beauty and clothing products at discount prices.
Store manager Chris Sabatka stated, “The addition of the Family Dollar Store fills a gap for Dubois residents,” he said. “The store helps keep people in town to do their shopping and benefits all the businesses and restaurants.” Sabatka noted that three full time and three part time positions have been created and filled so far, with the potential for more employment opportunities in the future. All six employees are Dubois residents. The store will offer different daily and weekly specials with sale circulars appearing in post office boxes of all Dubois residents.
An official grand opening will take place on Saturday, March 2 beginning at 8 a.m.
Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 9a.m. to 9 p.m.
