Pavillion man gets three years supervised probation for credit union and bank burglary

(Cheyenne, Wyo.) – Joshua Goodman, 35, of Pavillion, Wyo., was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on February 25, 2013, for credit union and bank burglary. Goodman appeared pursuant to summons. He received three years of supervised probation, with the first four months to be served on house arrest. Goodman was further ordered to pay $24,170.00 in restitution and a $200.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the Riverton and Shoshoni Police Departments.

    Rob a bank and get probation, get 3 DUI's and spend a year in county jail I guess justice is blind.
