Wyoming Wilderness Association to host winter ecology and tracking classes in Lander and Dubois

Wyoming Wilderness Association(Fremont County, Wyo.) - The Wyoming Wilderness Association invites the public to participate in a free class entitled “Reading Signatures in the Snow: a Winter Ecology and Tracking Class.” Bruce Thompson, an expert tracker, naturalist, and educator from Dubois will lead the class which consists of one indoor and one outdoor session. The first session is an indoor workshop that will cover basic principles of winter ecology and tracking. The second component will be an outdoor workshop where participants can learn to apply their new skills in the field. Participants may go to both or just one of the sessions. There is no limit on the number of participants for the indoor presentation and workshop but there is a limit on the number of participants for the outdoor workshop so be sure to sign up early.

The free class will be held in both Lander and Dubois.
