(Lander, Wyo.) – The Lander City Council is holding a special meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at City Hall to get a few items complete before the holiday break.
At the top of the agenda are items related to local emergency departments. The council is expected to authorize Mayor Mick Wolfe to sign off on the Lander Volunteer Fire Department By-Laws. Additionally, Wolfe could be authorized to sign a professional services agreement with The Journey LLC in Riverton. The contract would pay for mental health sessions for Lander’s police officers.
The payment to Patrick Construction for the Blue Ridge Apartments Utility Improvements in the amount of nearly $96,000 is due.
Amy Halsey is slated to be appointed the Parks and Recreation Commission.
Following the regular meeting, the council will hold a work session to get an early update from Plan One Architects for the community center rebuild.
