(Riverton, Wyo.) – The Wyoming-based Internet Service Provider announced that, as of December 3rd, it has launched additional speed options for Business DSL and lowered its prices for Business services. These changes apply to all services in Riverton, Lander and ten other Wyoming cities.
“Our faster speeds make for a better bundled product with our WyoPhone voice packages,” remarked Chris Robisch, Director of Sales and Marketing, “and customers get a quality communications package at a price that is very competitive.” New DSL speed options include 10M and 15M, and prices have come down in conjunction with faster service options. “We are excited about this announcement and we think Wyoming businesses will be as well”, Robisch said.
The Company was able to make this announcement by significantly expanding its Wyoming network to bring down its costs per customer. “Our focus in 2012 has been to significantly expand capacity and examine all of our service/price options,” Robisch continued, “so that we are not only the premier service but also the reasonably priced option for Wyoming businesses.”
Wyoming.com’s focus has really been aimed at providing customers with another real choice for Internet and phone services. “The price reductions are aggressive,” Robisch explained, “and we think that means Wyoming.com is now the best option for both service quality and price for businesses in our community. We don’t believe that our competitors are nearly as focused on service quality and speed capacity as we are.”
Robisch’s comments about the company’s network capacity is an important note as Wyoming.com’s overall customer base continues to increase steadily. While its Wireless Internet services continue to grow at a consistent clip, its EtherLink and WyoPhone services for business are its fastest growing services. “We always want to stay ahead of our customers’ usage,” Robisch said, “rather than have customers suffer from poor management by the provider. Tripling the size of our network alleviates pressure before the customers experience anything negative. Offering faster DSL with the WyoPhone option, on top of the numerous EtherLink connections added each month, is a ‘no-brainer’ using our network.”
In conjunction with its new speed options, the company is also offering a special holiday promotion through December 31st.
