Wind River erosion repair project starts between Dubois and Diversion Dam

(Dubois, Wyo.) – A $92,281 erosion repair project has started near the Wind River east of Dubois.

The project, located in the Red Rocks area, involves grading, placing rocks, fencing and other work on U.S. 26-287 at milepost 69 between Diversion Dam and Dubois.
“The contractor is scheduled to have work completed this month,” said Robert Scheidemantel, Wyoming Department of Transportation resident engineer in Riverton. “Please drive safely through the area where the work is being completed.”
ERI Engineering, Inc., of Riverton is the prime contractor on the erosion repair project. Contract completion date is April 30, 2013.
