BIA Wind River Police attend to several persons injured in the head on crash, in advance of Emergency Medical Technicians arriving on scene.
A two-car head-on collision just west of the intersection of Highway 287 and the Trout Creek Road, at Hines Corner, occurred Wednesday afternoon about 1:45 p.m. Emergency vehicles, including the BIA Wind River Police, the Fort Washakie Fire Battalion and three Fremont County Ambulances were dispatched to the scene to treat the injured and investigate the crash.
